90% of UN Member States have not Paid Annual Dues

UNAlmost 90% of member states have not paid annual dues the United Nations. Only about 22% of the 192 member states who have paid the annual contribution for the years 2008 to 2009. "The organization's financial health depends on member states including the main contributor to meet their financial obligations in full and on time," said Kane.
